Sales of the first phase commenced just before Easter and Phase 1a (35 houses) is now either sold or reserved. Of course, we as the developers receive no money until the consents are in our hands, after we have transferred land to the purchasers and the Municipality either can see that the infrastructure for the first phase has been built or they hold a Bank Guarantee for the full value of that work. The concept is to build fine country houses in clusters in the same area at the same time so that purchasers do not feel they are living on a building site for years.
