George, Garden Route, Western Cape |
Two championship golf courses, indigenous coastal vegetation, a perch above the
Indian Ocean, and a Retief Goosen signature is a definite recipe for a winning
golf estate, and it is the recipe that has been followed at the developing Lagoon
Bay Golf Estate in the Garden Route. Lagoon Bay occupies 800 hectares of prime
coastal property just outside of George, and will feature both a links and a parkland
style glf course. Properties are available around both of these alternate settings
and will be styled to suit either the classic parkland look, or the more stark
and rugged links feel.
Lagoon Bay will also feature the first David Leadbetter Golf Academy in South
Africa, as well as a five star international hotel. The location of Lagoon Bay,
with its saltwater lagoon and unspoiled beaches needs to be seen to be believed. |
