This exclusive estate is developed by Devco Africa, a turnkey solutions provider also responsible for marketing and finances.
What makes this development incredibly special to Ernie Els is that his grandfather, Ernie Vermaak, grew up on this exact 690 hectares of land in and around 1918, on a farm then known as Knoppies Laagte. Oupa Vermaak was also the instigator of the golf-fever that was to take hold of the next two Els generations.
Situated close to the main connecting road between Johannesburg and Pretoria, commuting is easy at only 12km from Fourways, 20km from Centurion and 22km from Midrand. Best of all, these destinations might as well be millions of miles away once the high security gates close behind you, leaving only country living, natural surroundings and peace of mind. All yours.
